On-site Support & Registration Staffing
Enchantment Greeters staff a concierge table for larger conventions, providing free information about Albuquerque. Professional bonded convention registrars assist with on-site check-in, bag stuffing, room monitoring, badge data entry and other tasks as needed. See Registration Assistance
Airport Welcome Kiosk
The Albuquerque Convention and Visitor’s Bureau kiosk, located at baggage claim, welcomes delegates to Albuquerque with informational video screens and authentic examples of local artisan handcrafts.
Housing Referrals
Our Housing Partners give meeting planners access to real-time reports on housing inventory. This service allows meeting planners to monitor and control housing blocks, using the Passkey Internet based registration system.
